The National Foreign Trade (the Commission) is an agency under the scope of the Secretariat of Industry, Trade and of the Small and Medium sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Production. Its main operation is to conduct investigations and analysis of injury to the domestic industry as a result of imports under conditions of unfair competition. The Commission also provides technical expertise and assistance on international trade policy whenever it is requested from the Secretariat
